Welcome to our website paying tribute to this magnificent Dutch ocean liner – the Johan van Oldenbarnevelt, which was built for Nederland Line’s colonial mailship service from Amsterdam to the Dutch East Indies.

This website aims to record the history of this Dutch colonial mailship and act as a virtual home to honour and commemorate her.
